EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY
Once you have received your order, if you wish to exchange or return any item you must inform us by email to info@ellemorgan.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order, stating the item(s) to be returned and the reason for the exchange or return. We will email you the exchange/returns form with a unique number. Complete the exchange/returns form and include this in your parcel.
Items returned within 14 days of receipt can be exchanged.
Items returned within 7 days of receipt can be refunded.
NOTE: The item(s) you return to us must be in new condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and complete with labels attached, in the original packaging. Items will be inspected by us and we reserve the right not to accept returned items should they not meet the criteria stated.

We recommend that items are returned using courier service or registered /recorded postal service, requiring signature on receipt by us. We are not liable for any returns postage charges or customs duties or taxes. Nor are we responsible for items that do not reach us. Cost of return is borne by the customer.
Faulty items: All items are quality checked fully before being dispatched, ensuring all goods received are in perfect condition and fault free.
Refunds: Refunds for returns will be made back onto the credit or debit card used via Paypal secure payment processing system. Refunds for returns, once inspected by us and that meet our criteria previously stated, will be made to the original credit or debit card within 30 days.
